About The Speaker

Gabriela Gutierrez

Gabriela is a mother, business owner, and women’s activist in Costa Rica. She has been involved in educational travel for more than twenty years, working with United States universities to bring student groups to Costa Rica. She also offers specialized travel programs for investment and retiree groups who are interested in relocating or retiring to Costa Rica.

Born in Costa Rica but raised in the United States for part of her youth, Gabriela holds dual citizenship and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and runs a social responsibility program with indigenous women in Talamanca.
